SM Consulting is an Australia-based consulting business located in Camden, NSW, offering services both online and in person. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Professional Scope & Disclaimer
SM Consulting is operated by a CPA and bound by the CPA Australia Code of Ethics (APES 110).
We do not hold a BAS or Tax Agent registration and therefore do not provide services that fall under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009, including preparation or lodgement of BAS, tax returns, or tax advice.
All financial guidance is general in nature and based solely on the information provided by the client. SM Consulting is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or withheld information.
Refunds & Exchanges
Payment is required at the time of booking.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or missed appointments.
Cancellations & Reschedules
The Queen Bee is in high demand and wants every bee to get the most from their session.

No-shows will result in forfeiture of the session.

Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once.

If the rescheduled session is missed, it will be forfeited.
Transference of Sessions
You may transfer a single 1-on-1 session or a 3-session package to another ABN holder.
However, individual sessions within a package are not transferable.
All other services are non-transferable.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
Approved platforms such as Xero may be used with your permission.
Payment details are securely processed through our payment provider.
We do not store or retain card details on our website.
Professional Indemnity & Other Insurance
SM Consulting is very protective of her hive along with her busy bee’s day to day operations. To keep her hive and yours safe she maintains professional indemnity insurance appropriate for consulting services along with public liability and cyber insurance cover.
Advice is provided in good faith and based on the information disclosed by the client.
We are not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on incomplete or inaccurate information.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
